As our county has opened Phase 2, we are getting more hopeful for the future and what to expect. We are motivated and have goals to make our guests and visitors at 500 Pearl feel comfortable and safe when coming to see us. The latest news that happened last week, Thursday, has got us all excited and ready for lots of fun summer days!
“Seven upstate regions that have entered the phase two period of economic reopening – which includes all of Western New York – will see its restaurants be able to open for outdoor dining. Tables will have to be spaced at least 6 feet apart and staff will be required to wear face coverings. Customers, too, will have wear masks or other face coverings when they are not physically seated at a table.” We, Patrick’s Rooftop, have made the decision to allow our doors to reopen for eating & drinking outside. We have been waiting for this and we are excited to welcome you all back for Roof. View. Food. Drinks. (say it with us!) And yes, we have a new food and drink menu!
Here are some of the restrictions and rules we must follow to protect you and the others around you during these times:
- 1-5 guest – 60 minute time limit
- 6-10 guest – 90 minute time limit
- Bottle Service – until bottle is finished, or 90 minute time limit
- Each guest must order at least one food item with alcoholic consumption
- Every guest must wear a mask
- While seated, mask can be removed
- All guests must stay in their designated seated area
- No loitering or walking around unless you’re using the restroom
- You must wear mask when leaving your seat and to/from and in the restroom
- Must stay 6 feet away from other guests
- Guests are NOT permitted at the bar until further notice by NYS regulations
- No reservations first come, first serve

Our hours are Tuesday- Thursday 3:00pm-11:00pm, Friday- Saturday 12:00pm-2:00am & Sunday 12:00pm-10:00pm. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
