Buffalo’s first dedication poke bowl restaurant is officially open at 500 Pearl, Fresh Catch Downtown! We are excited to welcome them to Buffalo’s hottest and newest Downtown destination and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have them as a part of our building!
Fresh Catch was founded by Michael Tobin with their first location in Williamsville, which opened less than 2 years ago. The new Fresh Catch Downtown will be offering refined casual experience with a full bar offering curated wines, cocktails and mocktails featuring fresh pressed juices, house made bitters and syrups, and a thoughtfully selected draft and can beer list.
Michael Tobin was ecstatic when discussing the opportunity to open in the city, he stated, “We are continuing our journey to bring, affordable, healthy seafood to WNY, and I could not be happier to be working with Billy Paladino and his team at Ellicott Development. Their vision for the 500 Pearl complex is coming together, and we will help further that vision by proving a unique experience for our guests.”

Enter at street level along Franklin Street, or park in the ramp on the interior of the building starting on level 2 going all the way to level 6, offering over 300 parking spots, and access to the restaurant through the main lobby of the Aloft Buffalo Downtown.
